WELL Building Standard is the first rating system to focus exclusively on the impacts of buildings on human health and wellness. The certification is granted based on verification of documentation as well as on site performance testing. Projects under construction or in design phase can apply for a Pre-certification. Certificates are issued for 3 years and subject to re-certification |
