We are pleased to announce that we have recently become a Cornerstone level member of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). The IWBI membership program brings together, promotes, and fosters collaboration with companies and organizations that are leading the movement to improve human health and comfort, among other things, in buildings around the world, and provides state-of-the-art multi-criteria certification systems for WELL Building Standard and WELL Community Standard buildings. We are very pleased to be a part of this community and thus reaffirm our commitment to the IWBI mission.
About the International WELL Building Institute
Based in New York City, the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) actively promotes efforts to improve the health, well-being and comfort of building occupants worldwide. It provides the WELL Building Standard and WELL Community Standard multi-criteria building certification systems with a primary focus on building occupants, their comfort, health, productivity and well-being. The premise behind the systems is that we spend a significant amount of our time in buildings (even more than 90%) and therefore the impact of a building and its environment on people’s lives is fundamental.
