In order for an economic activity to be considered sustainable, it must make a significant contribution to one of the six objectives while not causing significant harm to the other objectives. The obligation for major companies to report compliance with the Taxonomy is due from 1 January 2022. »
Industrial Park Tychy with BREEAM In-Use certificate
We are pleased to announce that halls A2 and A3 have been awarded a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the level of Very Good in the Asset part and Good in the Building Management part, which means that all buildings in the warehouse-production-office complex Industrial Park Tychy have a BREEAM In-Use certificate in the 2015 version. All buildings in the Asset part have a rating of Very Good, in the case of the Building Management part, all buildings have a rating of Good, except for building B2, which is characterised by exceptionally low media consumption, which led to a Very Good level. »
