We are excited to inform that the residential buildings implemented on Bartłomieja 2 Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, SOLEA Mieszkania przy Wyścigach, awarded a BREEAM New Construction 2016 certificate at the Very Good level.
It is an investment with a number of functional solutions that have a positive impact on comfort and care for the environment. The development proudly represents green building with solutions supporting energy efficiency, a rainwater tank, greenery designed under the watchful eye of an Ecologist and a green roof.
Obtaining this highly regarded certificate of international significance required close cooperation between the Assessor and the Investor. SOLEA development was subjected to specialized energy simulations and numerous analyses, including: Daylighting analysis, Elevator Energy Calculation Report and Ecological Assessment Report.
