We are pleased to announce that halls A2 and A3 have been awarded a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the level of Very Good in the Asset part and Good in the Building Management part, which means that all buildings in the warehouse-production-office complex Industrial Park Tychy have a BREEAM In-Use certificate in the 2015 version. All buildings in the Asset part have a rating of Very Good, in the case of the Building Management part, all buildings have a rating of Good, except for building B2, which is characterised by exceptionally low media consumption, which led to a Very Good level.
The Park is located within the Katowice Special Economic Zone at 80 Turyńska Street in Tychy, and consists of 8 Buildings for warehouse and production purposes, together with office facilities: A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1 and C2. The location of the facilities provides both convenient access to national road 44, urban and district roads, as well as to bus stops. The warehousing and production space has been finished to a standard to suit the tenant’s requirements and the office space provides all the required amenities for this type of facility.
In order to achieve this internationally respected certification, the development has demonstrated compliance with a number of rigorous sustainable building issues, has put in place plans and policies to reduce environmental impact and improvements with economic and social benefits.
