Competition questionnaire
Below are the rules of the competition:
I. Contest Organizer
The organizer of the competition is the company Go4Energy Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw at Białobrzeska 68/64, 02-325 Warsaw.
II. Purpose of the Contest
The purpose of the competition is to select 3 companies/persons who will receive a discount of 1000 euros for Go4Energy services related to comprehensive support of companies in achieving their ESG goal.
III. Rules of participation in the Contest
The contest is won by the person who scores the most points in the survey.

In the event that individuals have the same number of points, winners will be determined by drawing lots from among the participants.
The contest questionnaire is online only
The condition for entering the contest is to provide data such as name, company, email address.
Your personal data is processed for the following purpose:
(a) the exchange of correspondence regarding the business relationship between you and Go4Energy, including responding to your inquiries regarding the services provided by Go4Energy (the basis of Article 6 (1) (b) RODO);
b) Go4Energy’s internal administrative purposes, including Go4Energy’s internal statistics and reporting which are the realization of our legitimate interest (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
c) sending marketing information regarding products and services offered by Go4Energy via electronic communication means.
d) archival (evidentiary) being the realization of our legitimate interest of securing information in case of a legal need to prove facts (basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
e) possible establishment, investigation or defense against claims being the realization of our legitimate interest (the basis of Article 6(1)(f) RODO);
