This week, SKANSKA hosted the first meeting of the partners of the BMSCare project implemented as part of the Regional Operational Programme for the Małopolska Region for 2014-2020. The meeting was chaired by the R&D Research Team Manager, Piotr Bartkiewicz together with the Project Management Manager, Tomasz Augustyniak. The potential of the BMSCare system, developed in Task 1 and 2, was presented. The current status of work in the project to launch the initial version of technology for remote diagnosis of BMS systems developed with technology partner Transition Technologies on three HVAC systems was also presented. Thanks to the cooperation with project partners – SKANSKA, Cushman & Wakefield and Loredo, the presented project activities were confirmed by the expectations of real estate market leaders. Basing on the prepared solutions it becomes possible to create a modern solution including support for construction leaders in the field of indoor environmental quality as well as energy consumption and a widely understood policy of sustainable development. This project, in the opinion of the partners, by providing advanced tools to optimise the functioning of buildings, will be an important element supporting the implementation of such objectives.
